I think that this quote means, every single thing on living, or non living this planet has an outside and an inside to it. Everyone and everything have the looks on the outside, witch is the cover, and then the inside feelings, witch is the book. If you judge some one before you get to know them, then how do you know that they are not a good person? The outside does not always have to have good detail for the inside to be the most amazing thing in the world. If you judge something before you get to know what it is, then how do you know you wont like it? Someone could have had a rough life physically, but be the most amazing friend to you, and you would not know it because you decided to judge what they looked like instead of seeing there personality. What if an old abandon  house was full of money and other valuables, you would not have known that because of the simple fact that you decided you wanted nothing to do with it since it was banged up on the outside. If you do not take the journey and go beyond the walls of the outside, you will never seek the bigger prizes that you could have had just by taking a peek on the inside. If you step in and go the extra mile, then you for sure will have a better chance at building up a better future for your self with friends, family, belongings, everything.

This quote describes someone trying to make it threw life without getting into trouble, and to just stay on a steady path. Its like saying if you steer your life in the right direction, you will not run into troubles. Making it threw high school is like making it down part of the road of life and it makes it so you have more chances to make it even further. As you go on in your life you will have doors that will open, good and bad. If you chose to walk threw the door that is not the right decision then you will fall behind and it will be harder for you to make it back to the good. However, if you chose to do the right thing, it will take you further and it will make even more doors of opportunities open for you. Growing up you will have a lot of these doors open for you and it will be up to you to make the right decisions. I think that this quote describes the way you go threw life very well. It is basically saying that going threw life you will face obstacles and I am just doing my best to make the right decisions so that i can succeed.
